September is a Functional Focus month. Four times a year change our focus to get concentrated improvement in an aspect of CrossFit,
gaining strength, functionality, and a much-needed systemic and musculoskeletal recovery.
We will continue doing daily CrossFit workouts with those who have joined up with DEFY! in the last six weeks,
but those who have been with us for longer than that are strongly encouraged to partake in the Functional Focus.
