What do clients
say about Jonathan?
"I was weak and flabby and
had a lot of joint pain. After working with Jon, I felt much
better and was able to resume a regular workout schedule. Best
of all, my shoulder doesn't hurt anymore. Thanks Jon!" - Chris
K. 49
"Jonathan was a great instructor at [the 'Boot Camp on the Edge'
fitness class]. His "tough love" helped me overcome the physical
boundaries I had set for myself, and I eventually achieved
fitness goals I had never thought possible." - Kristin K.
"He pushed me more than I ever push myself, showing me that I
can do so much more than I think I can (more weight, more reps,
more intensity, more types of drills, etc.). He came up with a
wide variety of drills so that every class was different and
fun. You have to love the pain! He's tough...and he's also a lot
of fun to work with. He's super knowledgeable about what drills
work what muscles, and what combinations of drills will create
an intense workout. The class motivated me to eat better, drink
less, and take better care of myself. I felt stronger and
tighter within a couple of weeks." - Kari T.
